Louise is part of the Client Services Team at SRB Financial Planning, working closely with Laura and the advisory team to help deliver a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
She supports both clients and advisers through the implementation of investment strategies, liaising with providers and ensuring individual client requirements are handled accurately and professionally throughout the process. Louise plays an important role in helping ensure every aspect of the client journey is managed with care, attention, and efficiency.
Her organised approach and commitment to client service make her a valued member of the wider SRB team.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys spending time with her family, watching football, and travelling on holiday whenever she gets the chance.
